We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. For mobile appointments and group bookings, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
Membership plan cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your membership agreement. Unused visits do not roll over to the following month.
Membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via auto-pay. By enrolling in a membership plan, you authorize Razor Rick's Barbershop to charge your payment method on the billing date each month. Memberships:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and cash. For mobile and event bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
You are responsible for communicating any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services. Razor Rick's Barbershop is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. By using our services, you release us from liability for any service outcome resulting from information you did not disclose prior to service.
For mobile appointments, you are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and suitable location for the barber to work. This includes adequate lighting, a clear workspace, and a chair or suitable seating. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if the location does not meet minimum safety or accessibility requirements.
